• Offer is valid only for customers who have made timely payment of the Personal Loan EMI. (“Eligible Customers”).
• Offer is valid for customers to whom the communication has been sent by digibank.
• Eligible customers will get cashback of Rs. 100 within 90 days of loan disbursal and the amount will be credited in the digisavings account.
• Cashback will be not be credited to the digibank account if subsequent Personal Loan EMIs (if any) are not paid on time.
• DBS reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the Offer, the website and/or these terms and conditions or any part thereof at any time without prior notification.
• This Offer is voluntary and by participating in the Offer, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• This Offer will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
