Financial Inclusion (FI) is the process of ensuring access to appropriate financial products and services needed by all sections of society in general and low-income groups in particular at an affordable cost in a fair and transparent manner.

DBS Bank BCAs are equipped with AEPS enabled Micro-ATMs through which customers can perform bio-metric (fingerprint) authenticated financial and non-financial transactions.
