    Details of DBIL, digital lending partnership with Dreamplug Technologies Pvt Ltd (CRED) 

    We are offering Personal Loans through our partner Dreamplug Technologies Pvt Ltd also known as CRED.

    This is is a digital lending partnership for DBIL Bank’s Personal Loan on Cred’s platform.

     

    About the Product:

    Customers can be offered with Personal Loan upto Rs.5,00,000. The loan amount depends on the eligibility of the customer.

    The interest rate is a reducing balance interest rate, and the Personal Loan tenure depends on the eligibility. It could be anything between 1 month to 60 months basis the eligibility.

    A one-time processing fee will be charged along with applicable taxes while availing the Personal Loan. Customer to pay monthly EMI during the repayment tenor to repay the Personal Loan. The rate of interest and processing fee will depend on the eligibility. It will be displayed during the application journey.

    The Personal Loan application process takes a few minutes to complete. Post completion of digital application process, the Personal Loan amount will be transferred to your opted savings account after your account verification.

    To raise a ticket:

    • Open the CRED app
    • Login to the app (if not done already)
    • Go to the CRED cash section in the app
    • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap on the “Support” option to detail out your complaint or feedback
