Terms and Conditions

  • One debit card transaction to be done either online or offline for shopping only, minimum value of Rs.500 (ATM withdrawals will not be considered as debit card usage).
  • Campaign start date is 16th October, 2019 and end date is 5th November, 2019.
  • Any transaction done on the last day of the month i.e after 7 pm will not be eligible for this offer.
  • All eligible winners will get the vouchers within 90 days (Kindly check your spam folders for communication).
  • Only those customer who add additional (INCREMENTAL) balances over and above their existing balance in the account will be considered for vouchers. Existing balance will be considered from campaign start date and total balance in the account will be tracked till campaign end date.

    Question: How eligible winner be identified?
    Answer: Let’s say your account balance at the start date was at Rs.10,000 and you have been asked to add Rs.50,000 then on last day of the campaign i.e 5th of next month the account balance should be at least Rs.55,000 (assuming 5k was spent on debit card shopping). Up to 10% deviation in balance is acceptable but not more than that.

  • Please note that customer transferring existing balance to other bank accounts and again crediting the account will not be eligible for vouchers. As we are looking for incremental balance over and above existing balance.
  • The brand list is indicative, final list will be at the sole discretion of digibank by DBS.
  • DBS reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the Offer, the website and/or these terms and conditions or any part thereof at any time without prior notification.
  • This Offer is voluntary and by participating in the Offer, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • This Offer will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
  • Staff or relatives of digibank or DBS will not be eligible to be part of any contest or promotional campaigns run by DBS Bank India Limited.
  • All issues pertaining to this offer to be raised within 90 days from the last day of the offer. If any dispute or complaint or query raised after 90 days then the same will not be entertained.
  • Intra bank transfer will not be eligible for offer (digibank to digibank or DBS to digibank).
