For faster assistance, please have the following information ready while contacting Customer Care:-
- Account number
- Transaction date
- Transaction amount
- Type of transaction e.g. NEFT/ RTGS
Always remember:
- Do not share confidential/sensitive information with anyone.
- Do not click on any links in the e-mail received from an unknown person or sources.
- Please ensure you report any unauthorized transaction immediately. The longer the time taken to notify the Bank, the higher will be the risk of loss to you and to the Bank.
