Terms and Conditions
- Program - All existing digiSavings customers (“Customer”) can earn BookMyShow voucher worth ₹1,000 for each Eligible Invitation shared through unique link to their friends and families. (“Friend/s”); These Friend/s need to initiate a single remittance transaction of USD 2,000 or more (equivalent amount in other currencies) by 31st March 2020 through digibank internet banking to make themselves eligible for the voucher.
- All Friend/s will be eligible for BookMyShow voucher worth ₹1,000 on opening new digiSavings account through Customer unique invitation link & later completes a single remittance transaction of USD 2,000 or more (equivalent amount in other currencies) through digibank internet banking by 31st March 2020.
- Program Period - 1st February, 2020 to 31st March, 2020 (both days inclusive).
- BookMyShow voucher will be shared on registered email address as per DBS’ records of both Customer & Friend/s account, 45 days after the remittance transaction is completed (i.e. remitted amount is credited in beneficiary’s account)
- Only digiSavings customers are eligible for this Program.
- "Eligible Invitation" means:
- Customer shares his unique invitation link with his Friend/s & then his Friend/s opens a new digiSavings account only through this unique link and
- After digiSavings opening account, Friend/s completes a single remittance transaction of USD 2,000 or more (equivalent amount in other currencies) only through internet banking till 31st March 2020 and
- Friend/s remittance transaction is initiated in following currencies - USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, SGD, HKD and AUD and
- “Friends/s” remittance transaction should be completed as per existing digibank Remit process with respect to cut-off times, transaction amount limits, purpose of remittance, applicable fees/GST charges and other terms & conditions mentioned in following links:

- Customers not meeting any of the above will not be eligible for the voucher under this Program.
Other Terms & Conditions
- Customer authorizes DBS Bank India Limited ("DBS"), it associates, subsidiaries and affiliates to contact him/her.
- On the digibank iBanking Channel, Remittance Facility is being offered to resident individuals in India and who are eligible to draw foreign exchange under Liberalized Remittance Scheme of Reserve Bank of India, and for limited purposes, as allowed by DBS from time to time, which are in the nature of Current Account transactions, within the provisions of the said Act.
- The Customer declares that due consent has been obtained from the Friend/s, to provide his/her contact details to DBS to contact the Friend/s to offer its banking services and products. The Customer agrees and undertakes that s/he shall be responsible to DBS, it associates, subsidiaries and affiliates for any losses or claims that may be occasioned upon DBS India Limited, in the event that such declaration or undertaking is found to be untrue.
- As part of the Program, the Friend/s acknowledges, understands and agrees that when he/she receives the invitation through Customer unique link, the Customer will know that the Friend/s has an account with DBS. If the Friend/s desires to avoid disclosing this personal information, the Friend/s may choose to apply independently and not respond to the Customer unique link received under this Program. Likewise, by sharing the invitation to the Friend/s, the Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that the Friend/s will know that the Customer stands a chance to get ₹1,000 BookMyShow voucher for eligible invitation. If the Customer does not desire to disclose this information, he/she should not participate in this Program.
- ₹1,000 BookMyShow voucher will be shared to the Customer’s registered email id for every eligible invitation, within 45 working days of the successful account opening using Aadhaar based biometric authentication by Friend/s during the Program Period and Friend/s completing a single remittance transaction of USD 2,000 or more (equivalent amount in other currencies).
- Friend/s should not be an existing digibank account holder.
- If two different Customer shares their unique invitation link with same Friend/s, then only the Customer whose link was clicked to open the account will be considered eligible.
- Opening of digibank account is subject to internal policies of DBS.
- Tax liability arising from the Program, if any, will be solely borne by the Customer/”Friend/s”. DBS will have the right to deduct TDS, if applicable, as per existing regulations.
- Account closed and opened under same Aadhaar and PAN will not be considered for additional payouts.
- DBS reserves the right to and may, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, modify/withdraw/suspend this Program, with or without any reason.
- This Program will be governed by the laws of India and subject to courts in Mumbai.
- Please specify that vouchers once issued cannot be cancelled or exchanged for money to be credited to customers account
- Vouchers are nontransferable & cannot be redeem against cash or equivalent.
- The participation in the Program is voluntary and by participating in the Program, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
BookMyShow Terms & Conditions
- Winpin Voucher will only be adjusted against the ticket cost. BookMyShow Convenience Fees (if any) and/or any additional amount of transaction to be borne by the voucher user.
- Winpin Vouchers can be used only once within the validity period.
- Winpin Vouchers to be valid for 3 months.
- Winpin Vouchers can be redeemed only on BookMyShow Website/Mobile App and cannot be redeemed directly at the Cinema/Venue Box Office.
- Winpins are locked to the given BINS: VDC: 410852, PDC: 463237
- Winpin Vouchers can be redeemed on the purchase of tickets for Movies available on BookMyShow.
- Tickets need to be booked a minimum of 2 days in advance
- Winpin Vouchers work on non-extension clause and order once confirmed cannot be Cancelled or Refunded.
- Winpin Vouchers are valid PAN India across all Cinemas/Partners associated with BookMyShow.
- If lost/misused, the Winpin Voucher cannot be replaced. Void if resold, cannot be exchanged for points or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
- Any assistance with regard to the utilization and or redemption of the Winpin Vouchers shall be addressed directly by BookMyShow and any queries regarding the same which is received by the Merchant shall be immediately diverted to BookMyShow.
- The Company shall distribute per Winpin Voucher to a single customer and the same code cannot be further re-distributed to a different customer.

Winpin Steps to Redeem :
- Log on to in.bookmyshow.com Or on BookMyShow Mobile Application.
- Select Location, Event, Venue, Show Date & Time & Seats of your preference as the logic flows.
- On the payment page, go to "Unlock Offers or Apply Promocodes" & enter the voucher e-code in the text box & click on "Apply" button to avail the offer.
Note: At the end of the successful transaction, Booking ID gets generated which needs to be exchanged at the Cinema/Venue Box Office for actual tickets.
