The Basics

To use digi internet banking, please use the same credentials as the digibank app.

Your security is extremely important to us, and we've gone to great lengths to ensure it. Within the digi internet banking, we use two-factor authentication (2FA) except for funds transfer limit which is capped at INR 2000 per transaction subjected to an overall daily limit of INR 10000.

This site is Verisign certified and when you sign in to digi internet Banking , your user name and password are sent over the Internet from your computer to our server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your personal information before it leaves your computer, ensuring that no one else can read it.

Yes, digi Internet Banking is compatible with almost all the leading browsers. To enjoy a superior user friendly experience we recommend you to use any browser amongst Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox or UC browser.

You cannot access your digiSavings Account on digi Internet Banking Channel and digibank app at the same time for security reasons. Hence if you login to app, your internet banking session will end and you will be logged out.

Currently, digibank iBanking comes with limited services and we are working on adding more functionalities. However we encourage you to experience digibank through mobile app.

Following features are not available over digibank iBanking Channel. You can perform all the transactions as available in the digibank app except the following:

  • Account Opening: Opening of digiSavings Account can be done by individuals on the digibank app only and subject to the individual complying with KYC (including e-KYC) guidelines issued by RBI/IBA from time to time and as per the specifications of the Bank.
  • Bill payment and UPI services are available only on digibank app and on digi internet banking as well, but add a biller or payee is available on digibank app only.
  • Mutual Fund: Invest on the go using digibank app or digi internet banking.
  • Termination of digiSavings Account: You may terminate your digiSavings Account by placing a request within the digibank app. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the effective date of termination.

Accounts & Deposits

To register for digibank e-wallet, you simply need to provide your name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and city. To open a digiSavings, all you need to do is an online verification using Aadhaar OTP and PAN. That’s it!

In both cases, you need to be an Indian resident who is at least 18 years old.

You can open a digiSavings account by online verification using Aadhaar OTP and PAN.

You will need a digiSavings to open a deposit. Fixed deposits have a minimum principal amount of Rs. 5,000, or in the case of a recurring deposit, Rs. 100.

digibank deposits are insured up to Rs. 5,00,000 (5 lakh) under the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation (DICGC), a subsidiary of the Reserve Bank of India.

We don't offer joint personal accounts or small business accounts right now.
