    Why do you need a statement of my primary bank account?

    We will retrieve the recent bank statement from your salary bank account. The bank statement will be used for determining your eligibility & will not be stored with digibank after the assessment.

    What additional information do you retrieve from my net banking account?

    Beside the bank statement, your income details from Form 26AS (for salaried customers) & ITR-V (for self-employed customers) will be retrieved.

    Is it safe to submit my net banking credentials and what are security measures in place?

    Yes, it is safe to submit your Net banking credentials, an automated system will process your request to retrieve relevant data from your online bank account. These credentials are never stored. DBS bank values customer information security & confidentiality at highest level, so your net banking details are completely safe.

    Will DBS bank extract information directly through my net banking and what is Perfios?

    DBS bank will be using services of Perfios which is a third-party vendor for extracting this information.

    Will DBS/Perfios share the information extracted from by bank with anyone?

    No! DBS/Perfios will not share information extracted from your bank account or statement with anyone. The information will solely be used for determining the loan eligibility.

    Can I take a photo of the statement & submit?

    You can submit your bank eStatement only in pdf formats, the bank eStatement can be downloaded from your net banking account or from your email account.

    I don’t have bank statement right now. Can I submit another document?

    In case you wish to avail higher loan amount, you can login later when you are ready to share your net banking credentials or ready to upload your bank statement.

    If you don’t have the bank statement or don’t wish to share the bank credentials then you can avail the pre-approved Personal Loan which you are eligible for by going back to the previous screens. However, the loan offers are limited period offers & can be withdrawn/modified based on bank's discretion.

    I don’t have a bank account. What documents do I need to upload?

    In case you don’t have the bank account then you can avail the pre-approved Personal Loan which you are eligible for by going back to the previous screens.

    Bank account statement of what period is needed?

    Bank account statement of latest 3 completed months is required in case you are a salaried customer and latest 6 completed months bank statement is required in case you are a self-employed/self-employed professional applicant.

    My bank does not reflect in the list of approved list of banks?

    Currently we support only the given list of banks for net banking and statement upload. We are continuously working with our partner to add more banks in the list. For the moment you can avail the pre-approved Personal Loan which you are eligible for by going back to the previous screens.

    Can I upload combination of bank statements, credit card statements, payslips etc?

    No, you will need to upload only Bank eStatement in pdf format only.

    I got an error message while trying net banking “Unable to complete the request. The institution site may be under maintenance or has limited access.” What is this error?

    Looks like your bank server is not responding. You can retry after some time or you can upload your banks statements.
