How can I get the digibank bigbasket debit card?

You need to open a digibank Savings Account and on successful completion of biometric verification, you will be asked to select a debit card. Please follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Select the digibank bigbasket debit card in the Debit Card Selection screen
  2. Enter your preferred delivery address (the default address will be your Aadhaar address). Please note that you will be eligible to get the digibank debit card only if the address you mentioned is in the DBS locations. You can see the complete list of DBS locations here.
  3. Press 'Submit' to request for your digibank bigbasket debit card.
  4. You will receive the tracking details in 2-3 working days via SMS once the card is dispatched

If you already have a digibank Savings Account, you can block your existing digibank classic debit card and apply for digibank bigbasket debit card on digibank app.
