Terms and Conditions

• This offer is applicable to select digibank full savings account customers who receive communication about it directly from the bank.
• Customer needs to open a Fixed Deposit (FD) on the digibank app within 5 days of opening their digisavings account.
• Each FD created must remain in force for a minimum period of 30 days for the customer to be eligible for the vouchers. If the FD is withdrawn or discontinued before 30 days, the offer is not applicable.
• Customers can select FDs of any tenor greater than or equal to 30 days.
• All eligible winners will be sent the vouchers after 90 days from the last day of the offer on a best effort basis, and subject to the FDs being in force for at least 30 days. (Kindly check your spam folders for communication).
• Accounts which are closed or in frozen state will not be eligible for the voucher.
• One customer can only avail this offer once during the offer period.
• Customer booking fixed deposit during offer period and cancelling it immediately after receiving offer will be charged for voucher cost.
• DBS reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the Offer, the website and / or these terms and conditions or any part thereof at any time without prior notification.
• DBS reserves the right to replace the voucher with another voucher of a similar value.
• This Offer is voluntary and by participating in the Offer, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• This Offer will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.

• Voucher usage has to comply with terms & conditions of BookMyShow.
• BookMyShow voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-replaceable.
• Tax liability arising from the Offer, if any, will be solely borne by the customer.
