Currently, digibank iBanking comes with limited services and we are working on adding more functionalities. However we encourage you to experience digibank through mobile app.
Following features are not available over digibank iBanking Channel. You can perform all the transactions as available in the digibank app except the following:
- Account Opening: Opening of digiSavings Account can be done by individuals on the digibank app only and subject to the individual complying with KYC (including e-KYC) guidelines issued by RBI/IBA from time to time and as per the specifications of the Bank.
- Bill payment and UPI services are available only on digibank app and on digi internet banking as well, but add a biller or payee is available on digibank app only.
- Mutual Fund: Invest on the go using digibank app or digi internet banking.
- Termination of digiSavings Account: You may terminate your digiSavings Account by placing a request within the digibank app. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the effective date of termination.

What are the requirements for opening a bank account?
To register for digibank e-wallet, you simply need to provide your name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and city. To open a digiSavings, all you need to do is an online verification using Aadhaar OTP and PAN. That’s it!
In both cases, you need to be an Indian resident who is at least 18 years old.
