Step 1: Visit your nearest ATM vestibule and insert the ATM-cum-debit card in the designated slot.
Step 2: Select the language of your choice and enter your 4-digit ATM PIN.
Step 3: Select the transaction type, i.e., cash withdrawal.
Step 4: Select the account type, i.e., savings or current.
Step 5: Enter the withdrawal amount.
The ATM will dispense the cash, and you can choose whether you want the transaction receipt or not.

Step 1: Log into your internet or mobile banking portal and select the fund transfer option.
Step 2: Select cardless cash withdrawal.
Step 3: Enter the beneficiary details, i.e., name, mobile number, and identity card number (PAN/Aadhaar/Voter ID). You can set yourself as the beneficiary.
Step 4: Verify the beneficiary details before confirming.
Step 5: Go to Funds transfer and select cardless cash withdrawal once again.
Step 6: Select the beneficiary, and the bank will send an OTP and transaction ID to the beneficiary’s mobile number.
Step 7: Visit the ATM and select the cardless cash withdrawal option on the ATM screen.
Step 8: Enter the 4 or 6-digit OTP sent on the registered mobile number, order/transaction ID and the cash amount.
