Terms and Conditions

• This offer is available to customers holding digiSavings account opened using biometric verification (“Customer”) and who receive communication about it directly from DBS Bank India Limited (DBS).
• To be eligible for the offer the customer the needs to either open a Fixed Deposit of Rs. 10,000 or Add Rs. 10,000 in their account:
  
  
  1. Open a Fixed Deposit
     • Open a Fixed Deposit (FD) / Term Deposit (TD) on the digibank app within 10 days of opening their digiSavings account of at least Rs. 10,000.
     • Each TD created must remain in force for a minimum period of 30 days for the Customer to be eligible for the offer. If the TD is withdrawn or discontinued before 30 days, the offer is not applicable.
     • Customer can select TDs of any tenor greater than or equal to 30 days to avail the offer benefit.
  2. Add Money to their account
     • Add a minimum of INR 10,000 or more into his digiSavings account within 10 days of opening their digiSavings account.
     • Customer needs to additionally maintain a minimum balance of INR 10,000 or more for 15 days from funding his digiSavings account - E.g. If a customer adds Rs. 20,000 on Jan 05, then he needs to keep at least INR 10,000 till Jan 20 to be eligible for the voucher.
  
  
  
• All eligible winners will be given the cash back after 90 days from the last day of the offer period on a best effort basis
• Customers will not be eligible for the cashback, if their digiSavings account is closed or in frozen state.
• One customer can only avail this offer only once during the offer period.
• DBS reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the offer, the website and / or these terms and conditions or any part thereof at any time without prior notification.
• DBS reserves the right to replace the cashback with another voucher of a similar value.
• This offer is voluntary and by participating in the offer, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
• This offer will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
