Terms & Conditions

  1. This Offer is made solely and entirely by Merchant to the customers of DBS Bank India Limited (‘Bank’) (“Customers”).
  2. The Offer is only available on Debit Cards.
  3. Offer is valid for purchases made at Merchant’s websites/ mobile app (if applicable)
  4. Participation in this Offer is voluntary and participation by the Customer in the Offer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
  5. Any Customer eligible for the Offer/participating in the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and terms and conditions of the Merchant in relation to the Offer before availing the Offer.
  6. The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or kind.
  7. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotions/offers/discount codes.
  8. Customer can avail the Offer multiple times during the Offer Period.
  9. The Bank and Merchant, reserve the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of digibank Debit Card. Incomplete / rejected / invalid / returned /disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
  10. Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the Offer is not configured or could not be availed due to network issues, computer malfunction or any reason outside Bank’s or Merchant’s reasonable control.
  11. Bank and Merchant reserve the right, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Terms & Conditions or to replace/modify/withdraw/discontinue this Offer at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  12. Bank makes no warranty or representation towards the quality, service, type, use, suitability, delivery, merchantability or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the Merchant under the Offer and shall not entertain any dispute regarding the same. Bank is not the seller or provider of the goods and services offered under the Offer. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer must be resolved by the Customer directly with the Merchant without any reference to the Bank. DBS shall not be liable for any defect in the quality of the goods/ deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by the Merchant. Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.
  13. Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of The Merchant or any third party and is not intended to create any rights and obligations.
  14. The offer by the Bank is subject to applicable laws and regulatory guidelines/ regulations and as per Bank's extant guidelines from time to time.
  15. The decision of the Bank and Merchant in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
  16. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any advertising, promotional publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  17. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/ or on merchandise/ products/ services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
  18. All Customer queries/dispute on the Offer should be raised during the offer period or within 90 days after expiry of the Offer Period. For any disputes, the customer may be required to furnish documents as may be required by the Bank/Merchant, for the case to be taken for further investigation.
  19. This Offer will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
  20. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges arising or payable in connection with the benefits of the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charge.
  21. These terms and conditions are in addition to and not in substitution / derogation of DBS Bank’s general terms and conditions including but not limited to DBS Bank’s account terms and conditions.

Visa Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant. No warranties are made by Visa that the information is correct. Please check directly with Merchant to confirm availability and validity of the Offer.
  2. The Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.
  3. By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges, and agrees that:
    1. Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa.
    2. Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer.]
