    Terms and Conditions

    • This campaign is brought to you by DBS Bank India Limited (“DBS Bank”).
    • Eligible customers will receive Amazon India vouchers within 90 days of the campaign end date at their email address or mobile number registered with their savings account. Campaign end date: 31st August 2021.
    • DBS reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the campaign, the website and/or these terms and conditions or any part thereof at any time without prior notification.
    • DBS Bank Debit Card transaction completed before 7 PM (IST) on 31st August 2021 and TRV added before 7 PM (IST) of 31st July 2021 will be considered valid for the offer. The transactions done after 7 PM (IST) will not be evaluated as a part of this campaign.
    • Customers need to maintain the incremental TRV till 31st August 2021. For this campaign, incremental Total Relationship Value (TRV) will be an aggregate of increments in any or all of the following - savings account balance, term deposits, insurance premiums and investments (excluding liquid funds).
    • For this campaign, Total Relationship Value (TRV) is calculated by aggregating average quarterly saving account balances and end of period term deposits, insurance and investments.
    • TRV will be calculated at a customer level. TRV at a family level will not be considered for this offer.
    • Both TRV maintaining criteria & spends criteria are mandatory for receiving vouchers, customers failing to complete any or both, will not be eligible for vouchers.
    • For customers with multiple savings accounts, cumulative balances & spends across accounts will be evaluated for the offer. Only savings accounts where customer is the primary holder will be considered.
    • DBS Bank reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of this campaign if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the campaign terms and conditions or otherwise by use of the DBS Bank Debit Card.
    • Participation in this campaign is voluntary and by participating in the campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
    • By participating in this campaign, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data and the use and disclosure of your personal data by/to third parties for the purpose of the campaign. You agree to the terms of the DBS Bank Privacy Policy, a copy which can be found at www.dbs.com/privacy.
    • By participating in this campaign, you hereby consent to get your names and other details published as a part of the winner list.
    • This campaign will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
    • This ‘Save & Spend campaign’ is open for participation from DBS Treasures resident customers only. NRI customers can check with their Relationship managers for spends-remit-cashback offer.
    • Campaign vouchers are available for all DBS customers who have received the communication from DBS Bank (except customers who have closed accounts or account freeze as of voucher disbursal date) – criteria for the customers eligibility for vouchers is as explained below.
    • Employee of DBS Bank and their relatives will not be eligible to be a part of this campaign.
    • All issues pertaining to this campaign to be raised within 90 days from the last day of vouchers fulfillment. If any dispute or complaint or query raised after 90 days, then the same will not be entertained.
    • Usage of Voucher is subject to Amazon applicable terms and conditions associated with the Voucher.
    • DBS Bank shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damages arising in connection with the usage of Voucher.
    • All inquiries/complaints about Voucher, customer is required to resolve the same directly with Amazon, DBS Bank will not be held responsible for that.

    Important Terms

    Asked spends – Shop with your DBS Bank Debit Card for the amount asked in the campaign communication shared by DBS.

    Existing TRV – Your total savings + term deposits + investment holding (excl. liquid funds) + insurance premium with DBS as of 31st May 2021, at 7 PM (IST).

    Incremental TRV – Total additional amount added in savings account and fixed deposit and investments and insurance premium – as per the communication shared by DBS.

    Maintained TRV– Existing TRV + Incremental TRV. Do note only the total invested amount will be considered for TRV computations, irrespective of market value of the investments.

    Campaign period starts from 31st May 2021 and ends on 31st August 2021.


    Important Dates

    31st May 2021 – Date considered for the existing TRV.

    31st July 2021 – Add asked TRV to existing TRV by 7 PM (IST) of 31st July 2021.

    31st August 2021 – Shop with your DBS Bank Debit Card for the asked amount before 7 PM (IST) of 31st August 2021.

    31st August 2021 – Maintain the (Existing + Asked TRV) with DBS till 31st August 2021.

    DBS Bank Debit Card spends criteria

    • Customer needs to shop for a minimum of the amount shared in the communication from DBS.
    • Customer can shop for the asked amount in a single or multiple transaction.
    • DBS Bank Debit Card spends can be done either online or offline.
    • Any transaction done on the last day of the campaign period (31st August 2021) after 7 pm will not be eligible for this campaign.
    • Please ensure your debit card spends do not interfere with Maintained TRV.
    • Customer will only get the vouchers, when all transactions are complete.
    • All purchase transactions on POS / e-POS (i.e. transactions at merchant outlets and online transactions) made using DBS Bank Debit Card will be considered as spends for this campaign.
    • Incomplete payments will not be considered valid for the campaign.
    • Only completed payments (Online or offline) will be considered valid for this campaign.
    • Any transaction to purely fund a DBS account or any other wallet / financial institution associated app/website (e.g. CRED, PayTM, PayUMoney, Mobikwik, Citrus, Airtel Money, RazorPay etc.) will not be considered as DBS debit card spends for this campaign.
    • Cash withdrawals at ATMs or DBS Bank branches, fuel payment, tax payments, insurance or mutual fund purchase will not be considered as a DBS Bank Debit Card spends for this campaign.
    • Any account or any wallet transfers will not be considered as DBS Bank Debit Card spends for this campaign.
    • In-app transactions (Recharge, Bill Payment, QR code, Payment, UPI) will not be considered as spends for this campaign.
    • Payments for online gaming and online gaming websites will not be considered as spends for this campaign.
    • Incomplete / rejected / invalid / returned / disputed or unauthorized / fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the campaign.
    • DBS Bank may request bills and related proof of purchase, the failure to present this may lead to disqualification.
