Terms and Conditions Governing DBS IN Treasures Promotion Offer (“Promotion”)

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance to these Terms and Conditions.

1. The promotion is valid from 19 Feb 2024 to 19 May 2024 (“Promotion Period”), both dates included for New to Bank customers.
2. “Qualified Account” is defined as a Treasures savings bank Account which has been opened between 19 Feb 2024 and 19 May 2024 with DBS Bank India Limited (“DBS India”).
3. “Eligible Client” means such customers of Qualified Account who:
   1. Performs at least one digital transaction before the last date of the next calendar month following the opening of the account. E.g., Accounts sourced in March 2024 would be eligible for the offer basis successful digital activation by the end of April 2024.
   2. Maintain minimum TRV (Total Relationship Value) which is greater or equal to Rs. 30 Lakhs and is calculated by aggregating average quarterly savings accounts balances and end of period term deposits, investments, insurance, and mortgage loan outstanding 40% of the Home Loan/LAP will be considered towards TRV computation.
4. Eligible Client will receive following rewards:
   • Club Marriot Voucher
   • EaseMyTrip vouchers
   • Satya Paul vouchers
5. Eligible Client must not be an existing DBS India customer as on the date of opening account.
6. Rewards will be given to the Eligible Client within two (2) months from the date of completion of the Offer criterion.
7. The terms and conditions for redemption would be as specified by participating merchants/outlets and governed by their terms respectively.
8. DBS India makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, and shall have no liability whatsoever to Eligible Client with respect to platforms, services, benefits availed using the Rewards received under this Promotion.
9. Eligible Client will be entitled to avail benefit of this Promotion only once during the Promotion Period.
10. This Promotion offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers.
11. Only primary account holder of the Qualified Account can participate in this Promotion.
12. If DBS India subsequently discovers that the Eligible Client is in fact not eligible to participate in this Promotion or any of the conditions herein is not fulfilled, DBS India may at its discretion forfeit the Reward or reclaim it if already rewarded by debiting the account of the Eligible Client. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from DBS India should DBS India exercise its discretion to forfeit or reclaim any Reward/voucher.
13. DBS India will not be responsible for liable in any way for (a) any lost, damaged, or misplaced reward redemption letter or vouchers or (b) delay in receipt of the reward redemption vouchers by the Eligible Client.
14. Any late redemption of the Reward vouchers will not be entertained and will be treated as uncollected. Eligible Clients shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation for any expired vouchers/uncollected Reward(s).
15. All reward redemption letters and vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or kind and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the participating merchants.
16. DBS India’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
17. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms & Conditions and any advertising, promotional publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
18. DBS India may change these terms or suspend/terminate the Promotion without giving notice.
19. Eligible Client consents to DBS India collecting and using Eligible Clients personal data for the purpose of the Promotion and in connection with Rewards. Eligible Client has read and accepts the DBS Privacy Policy available at dbs.com/privacy.
20. All taxes, statutory dues and charges connected with Rewards shall be borne solely by the Eligible Client and DBS India will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, levies, or other statutory dues.
21. This Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
