As guided by RBI circular reference - DPSS (CO) EPPD No. 893 / 04.03.02 / 2009-10 Dated - 11 November 2009 and as per Paragraph 6.24 of the NEFT Procedural Guidelines, attached is the link to a list of Service Centres of a RTGS / NEFT member bank’s which is set up as Customer Facilitation Centre (CFC) for prompt resolution of complaints received from customers related to RTGS / NEFT Payments.

The compiled directory is placed on the Reserve Bank's website for wider dissemination and information for general public.
