Notice regarding unauthorised advertisement

DBS Vietnam has been reported of unauthorised advertisements or scams regarding personal loans from DBS in Vietnam via various channels such as non-DBS website, Zalo, phone calls and messages, etc. This information is erroneous and misleading. DBS Vietnam does not provide personal loan services in Vietnam. Customers are advised not to trust any offer via phone calls/ messages or click on any links and to disregard the advertisement not from DBS official website. DBS Vietnam will not ask for personal information or payment details or request for any payment via website or calls and messages. Individuals who have encountered any loss regarding the above scams in any way should make a police report.

DBS Vietnam has made a police report and continue to work with the authorities on this matter. If you receive any suspicious requests for information, please contact us at (+84.28) 3914 7888.

Ngân hàng DBS tại Việt Nam nhận được nhiều phản ánh rằng hiện nay đang có những thông tin quảng cáo trái phép hoặc các sự việc lừa đảo liên quan đến khoản cho vay cá nhân/ vay tiêu dùng từ Ngân hàng DBS tại Việt Nam thông qua nhiều hình thức khác nhau như từ các website không phải của DBS, kênh Zalo hoặc các cuộc gọi điện thoại và tin nhắn, v.v.... Thông tin này là sai sự thật và gây hiểu nhầm cho các đối tượng có nhu cầu vay cá nhân. Ngân hàng DBS Việt Nam không cung cấp bất kỳ dịch vụ cho vay cá nhân tại Việt Nam. Chúng tôi khuyến cáo quý vị không nên tin tưởng vào bất kỳ cuộc gọi hoặc tin nhắn nào về việc cấp khoản vay hoặc nhấp vào bất kỳ đường dẫn liên kết nào và nên bỏ qua những quảng cáo không được đăng chính thức trên trang web của ngân hàng DBS. Ngân hàng DBS Việt Nam sẽ không yêu cầu thông tin cá nhân hoặc chi tiết thanh toán hoặc yêu cầu bất kỳ khoản thanh toán nào qua các trang web hoặc các cuộc gọi và tin nhắn. Những cá nhân đã có bất kỳ thiệt hại nào từ những hành vi lừa đảo nêu trên nên báo ngay cho cơ quan công an tại địa phương.

Ngân hàng DBS Việt Nam đã trình báo cơ quan công an và tiếp tục làm việc thêm với cơ quan chức năng về vấn đề này. Nếu bạn nhận được bất kỳ yêu cầu cung cấp thông tin đáng ngờ nào, vui lòng liên hệ với chúng tôi theo số (+84.28) 3914 7888.

The Average lending interest rate & the Average difference between average lending and term deposit interest rate above are determined by the arithmetic mean of all outstanding loans and term deposits (loan and term deposits with tenor from 1 to 12 months) at DBS Bank Ltd. – Ho Chi Minh City Branch as at the last day of the notice month.
