- In the event that you have been found to use the Licence other than in the manner permitted above (“Unauthorised Usage”), you agree to indemnify DBS Bank and/or DBS Group (whichever applicable) in respect of all losses and/or damages arising out of such Unauthorised Usage.
- In the event of an inconsistency between the terms set out in DBS Bank’s Terms and Conditions and these Additional Terms above, the Additional Terms above shall prevail.
