Do I need a credit facility to apply for packing credit? Are there any other requirements for approval of my packing credit?

Yes, you must obtain a credit facility with DBS.
How do I access the financing rate?

Please visit us at any of our Branches and a Relationship Manager will assess your needs and provide you with a quotation.
How long does it take to process the financing?

If we receive the application by 1.30 pm on a working day, we can process them on the same day. If we receive the documents after 1.30 pm, we will process them within the next working day.
Are there any special schemes under Packing Credit?

Gold Card Scheme for Exporters
Eligibility Criteria: Track record of the Exporter and internal credit criteria.
Key features of the Gold Card Scheme are:
• Competitive rates of interest (INR/Foreign Currency)
• Preferential granting of Packing Credit in Foreign Currency, subject to availability of foreign currency funds
• Faster credit approval process, including sanctioning of ad-hoc limits to support seasonality
