(x) is in the nature of advertisement or surrogate advertisement or promotion of an online game that is not a permissible online game, or of any online gaming intermediary offering such an online game;
(xi) violates any law for the time being in force;
Explanation.—In this clause, “user harm” and “harm” mean any effect which is detrimental to a user or child, as the case may be. ‘Child’ means any person below the age of eighteen years. ‘User’ means any person who accesses or avails any computer resource of an intermediary or a publisher for the purpose of hosting, publishing, sharing, transacting, viewing, displaying, downloading or uploading information and includes other persons jointly participating in using such computer resource and addressee and originator.
2. You, the user, agree and acknowledge that in case of non-compliance with the above, or with rules and regulations, privacy policy or user agreement for access or usage of the computer resource of DBS or any intermediary associated for providing services on behalf of DBS, DBS has the right to terminate the access or usage rights of the users to the computer resource immediately or remove non-compliant information or both, as the case may be.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Nothing herein shall be construed as a representation by the DBS Bank that the information and materials contained in or accessed through this website is appropriate or available for use in geographic areas or jurisdictions other than India.
