Melfrida Gultom is the Head of Consumer Banking Group of PT Bank DBS Indonesia since January 2024. Previously, she was the Executive Director of Team Head Product Management - Cards and Unsecured Loans Operating Officer, Consumer Banking Group (CBG) at DBS Bank Asia Central Singapore. A seasoned banker at DBS, Melfrida Gultom has 11 years of experience in consumer banking, treasures and distribution and product management.

In November 2012, she joined PT Bank DBS Indonesia as Vice President Regional Banking Manager. Prior to that, Melfrida started her career as Regional Head for Jakarta at HSBC Bank from 1997 to 2012. She completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Indonesia majoring in Accounting. She also holds several certifications, including Risk Management Cert Level 1 Certification from the Risk Management Certification Board in 2010; Risk Management Cert Level 2 and Level 3 Certification from the Risk Management Certification Board in 2011.
