Melfrida Gultom is the Director of Consumer Banking at DBS Bank Indonesia since May 2024, after serving as Head of Consumer Banking in January. She has also been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Banking at Bank DBS Indonesia since July 2023. Prior to that, she served as Executive Director of the Product-Card Management Team and Card Operating Officer of the Consumer Banking Group (CBG) at Bank DBS Indonesia. Melfrida Gultom is a DBS banker with eleven years of experience in consumer banking, treasures and distribution and product management.

In November 2012, she joined PT Bank DBS Indonesia as Vice President Regional Banking Manager. Prior to that, Melfrida started her career as Regional Head for Jakarta at HSBC Bank from 1997 to 2012. She completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Indonesia majoring in Accounting.

Under her leadership, the Consumer Banking Group division has received several international recognitions including the Global Banking and Finance Global Banking and Finance Review Awards 2025 for Best Private Bank Asia – Pasific 2025 and Best Retail Card Provider Indonesia 2025. In addition, Bank DBS Indonesia was also honored at the Asian Banking & Finance Retail Banking Awards 2025 for Private Wealth Bank of the Year – Indonesia and Gen Z Product of the year – Indonesia.
