A study conducted by Bank DBS Indonesia in 2024 involving more than 400 respondents found two common aspirations among priority customers, namely a focus on health and concern for social impact. These findings were reaffirmed by Visa's Q1 2025 research, which revealed that healthcare services are a top priority for Indonesians (74 percent), with spending on health and wellness increasing by 24 percent compared to the previous quarter.
