Kunardy Lie officially serves as Corporate Banking Director, PT Bank DBS Indonesia since February 14, 2020. Kunardy has more than 20 years of experience in banking, including 16 years in Citibank, N.A Indonesia, which includes the roles of Corporate Banking and Investment Banking as well as developing its business significantly during his career.
Kunardy started his career as a Citibank Management Trainee in 1996. He was then assigned to the Debt Restructuring Group during the Asian financial crisis in 1998 and was responsible for restructuring a large part of Citi Indonesia's portfolio.

Kunardy was then assigned to rebuild the Corporate Banking division in 2005, before leading CIB Citi in 2008. Kunardy is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFA) and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Rochester, New York, USA. He also holds a Bachelor of Science (High Honor) in Computer Science from the University of Texas, Austin, USA, and a member of the Phi Betta Kappa Honor group. Kunardy gained a lot of recognition as an experienced and talented banker in Indonesia.
Prior to joining Bank DBS Indonesia, Kunardy was a Chief Country Officer and Managing Director of Deutsche Bank Indonesia.
