Aries has more than 19 years of professional experience in Human Resources (HR) that includes HR strategy, remuneration, performance management, talent management, and organization. He has held several senior management positions in leading organizations including supervising reward, HR business partner, organization design, performance management, industrial relations, and HR COO functions. He is always excited to share his experiences and has been invited as guest lecturers in top universities in Indonesia. Aries has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from University of Indonesia and Master of Science (Cum Laude) from KU Leuven, Belgium.
