Bank DBS Indonesia and Manulife Indonesia launch MiWISE, a flexible legacy planning solution | Bahasa
Indonesia, 14 Aug 2023 - Manulife Indonesia and Bank DBS Indonesia launched MiWealth Infinite Assurance (MiWISE), an insurance solution specifically designed for high-net-worth (HNW) customers to help them create and build a legacy planning solution for their families.
The insurance solution was launched to meet Indonesian customers’ need for legacy planning. The 2022 Future Ready Survey commissioned by Manulife Indonesia and Bank DBS Indonesia revealed that 67 percent of respondents have the life goal to leave a legacy for the next generation, but only 48 percent have a succession plan in place to achieve the goal. Meanwhile, the 2019 Asian Private Banker survey showed that 60 percent of HNW customers in Asia do not have clear and comprehensive succession plans.
