Request for Information (RFI)

Thank you for your interest in partnering with DBS. DBS is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) as part of our review of creative agency partners. This process is intended to identify agencies with capabilities aligned to our current and future brand, marketing and production requirements.

The regional creative agency will be responsible for overall brand expression, driving marquee campaigns, and ensuring strategic relevance and coherence across all our markets, especially Singapore, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia and Taiwan.

RFI Registration
Please provide your agency’s contact details below to ensure you receive all relevant communications associated with the RFI process, including specific requirements and submission instructions. Completion of this registration does not constitute a commitment by DBS. Participation in subsequent stages will be by invitation only.

Registration Deadline
Interest must be registered by 17 April 2026, 11:59 PM (GMT+8). Registrations will be reviewed and only shortlisted agencies will be contacted by 4 May 2026, 11:59 PM (GMT+8).
