Nancy Tse Sau Ling was appointed to the Board of Directors of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited on 14 July 2015. Tse is currently an Independent Non Executive Director (INED) of Wharf (Holdings) Limited, Chairman of the Board and INED of HSBC Provident Fund Trustee (Hong Kong) Limited. She was also an INED of Wheelock and Company Limited until it was delisted in July 2020.

Tse is the former Chief Financial Officer and Director (Finance and Information Technology Services) of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority , which manages all the public hospitals and clinics in Hong Kong. She is an Adjunct Professor of the Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

She has been active in Corporate Governance Projects, is an honorary advisor and member of the Oversight, Policy and Governance Committee of the Accounting Financial Reporting Council. She is also the Deputy Chair of the Professional Accountants in Business Advisory Group and a member of the Public Policy and Regulation Advisory Group of the International Federation of Accountants.

Tse holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Mathematics and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance / Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles, USA. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant, qualified in Canada, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of the Directors.
