Indonesia, 05 Nov 2021 - DBS Bank Ltd. (DBS) organizes a special recruitment drive for women in the field of information technology through the 'DBS Women in Tech 2021' program in Indonesia, Singapore and India to expand opportunities for women to develop their careers in technology. The program is a concrete manifestation of DBS' commitment to gender equality in the workplace.

Launched in Indonesia, the 'DBS Women In Tech 2021' program offers Full Stack Developer, Full Stack Developer Lead, Data Engineer and Payment Support Lead positions previously dominated by men. The recruitment process is also unique because, firstly, applicants must follow an online assessment process that lasts for 80 minutes via HackerRank. Registration is open until November 20, 2021. The selected candidates will be invited to take part in a virtual hackathon on 27 November 2021. The process ends with a virtual interview on November 28, 2021.
