DBS Hong Kong appoints Betty Lam as Managing Director, Head of Human Resources | 繁體
As Head of Human Resources, Betty will work closely with the management team to progress the strategic people agenda and create an inclusive and rewarding workplace for a more future-ready, innovative and agile workforce for DBS Hong Kong.

Having previously held the role of Head of Human Resources, Hong Kong from 2015 to 2022 and Regional Head of Human Resources, Retail Banking & Wealth Management, Asia Pacific from 2014 to 2015 at HSBC, Betty was responsible for the overall people strategy as well as talent and employment programs. Prior to HSBC, Betty held a variety of senior HR positions at AIA and PepsiCo.
