She has led enterprise-wide adoption of cloud-native architectures, API ecosystems, and data-driven decision-making, enhancing innovation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. With expertise in technology governance, she ensures organizations build secure, scalable, and future-ready ecosystems.

A Chartered Accountant by training, Latha seamlessly integrates financial acumen with technology-led business strategy. She currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of DBS Bank India Limited and has previously served on the boards of Barclays Global Services Pvt Ltd and the ASEAN Financial Innovation Network (AFIN), contributing to governance and digital innovation initiatives.
