Bank DBS Indonesia’s appreciation in giving sustainable impacts by holding National Customers Day webinar entitled 'Appreciation for Sustainable Collaboration'

Indonesia, 11 Sep 2021 - Bank DBS Indonesia held a webinar entitled 'Appreciation for Sustainable Collaboration' to celebrate National Customers Day. The event was a tangible manifestation of Bank DBS Indonesia’s appreciation for customer loyalty and collaboration over the past 32 years. Committed to running a sustainable business with customers, Bank DBS Indonesia held the celebration to help customers adapt to the new normal by switching to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

Leonardo Koesmanto, Managing Director, Head of Digital Banking, PT Bank DBS Indonesia, said, "As a form of Bank DBS Indonesia’s appreciation for customers, we present a series of activities to commemorate National Customers Day and to invite customers to adapt by doing productive and useful activities in the new normal era. This is in line with the Live more, Bank less mission, with Bank DBS Indonesia consistently offering a pleasant banking experience for customers in conducting daily banking activities.”

The webinar was divided into two sessions, namely the Simple and Healthy Cooking Class presented by cookbook author and recipe writer Lily Minarosa, and the Nature Inspired Yoga session presented by actor and yoga instructor Anjasmara. In the live cooking session, Lily Minarosa shared tips for cooking using potluck ingredients as well as tips for storing leftover ingredients so that they can be reused instead of thrown away.

In the second session, Nature Inspired Yoga, Anjasmara taught participants simple yoga poses and meditation that can be done at home to help participants relax their body and mind. Anjasmara explained, "By doing yoga poses, your body will feel more relaxed and you don't get tired easily, and through meditation, you can minimize your stress and cope with boredom while doing activities at home during the COVID-19 pandemic."
