Financial needs are growing during the current pandemic-triggered crisis and economic recovery phase. ASF, through its brand Astra Credit Companies (ACC), offers financial facilities, including Multipurpose Financing, to the lower middle-income group in Indonesia. It took three months for a full implementation of the system. In the implementation phase, Bank DBS Indonesia’s team also worked closely with the ASF team by providing troubleshooting assistance for a maximum of 1x24 hours," said Head of Finance Astra Credit Companies (ACC), Anastasia Livana.

DBS IDEAL RAPID increases the efficiency of ASF’s disbursement system and reduces the number of rejected payments. This can be done even during the pandemic that necessitates for some employees to work from home. Following the implementation of DBS IDEAL RAPID, ASF succeeded in streamlining the process and increasing the efficiency of the payment system from H+1 to same day processing.
