The financial statements of subsidiaries are prepared in accordance with the regulatory and financial reporting standards of the country that the subsidiary is incorporated in. Their contributions to group results are after adjustments to align to DBS Group’s policies, which are prepared in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards as modified by the requirements of MAS Notice to Banks No. 612.
