Tip #1: You can scan PayNow QR codes using DBS PayLah! and digibank

No cash? No problem. Use digibank mobile or DBS PayLah! to scan PayNow QR codes and pay for your purchases at participating merchants, hawker stalls and more.

DBS PayLah! also supports other PayLah!, NETS, and SGQR codes.

Tip #2: Regularly keep track of how much you have in the bank, especially during tax season

It’s generally good practice to stay updated on your account balance, but even more so if you have set up GIRO for your tax payments.

Pressed for time? Enable the ‘Peek Balance’ function on digibank mobile for a quick way to check your account balance within seconds.

Tip #3: Skip the fees for same-day overseas fund transfers with DBS Remit

Need to send money overseas urgently? Fret not! You can do same-day fund transfers – with no fees! – for over 19 currencies to more than 50 locations with DBS Remit.

You may also make overseas transfers via the regular Outward Telegraphic Transfers (OTT). Both services are easily accessible through the digibank app on your phone, and on your internet browser.

Tip #4: Add a fun message when you PayNow your friends and family using DBS PayLah!

Attending a wedding? Go paperless and send your blessings the sustainable way – via PayNow!

On the DBS PayLah! app, registered users can customise their egifts with a personal message and an animation of choice.
