Board of Directors

Mr. Olivier Lim was appointed to the Board of Directors of DBS Group Holdings Ltd and DBS Bank Ltd. on 7 November 2017. He is Chairman of the Board Risk Management Committee/BRMC Technology Risk Committee, as well as a member of each of the Board Executive Committee and the Nominating Committee. 

Olivier was previously with CapitaLand Limited from 2003 to 2014 and served as Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Group Chief Investment Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) during his career there. He was named CFO of the Year in the Business Times Singapore Corporate Awards 2007. Between 1989 and 2003, he worked at Citibank Singapore in various roles in the corporate and investment banking units and was Head of the Real Estate Unit in his ultimate role.

Currently, Olivier is Chairman of Starhub Ltd and Singapore Tourism Board. He is a Director of Raffles Medical Group Ltd. 

Olivier is a civil engineer by training, and holds a First Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College, London.

As the Lead Independent Director, Mr Olivier Lim is available to shareholders if they have concerns relating to matters that contact through the normal channels of the Chairman or Group CEO has failed to resolve or where such contact is inappropriate.
