Mr. Gautam Banerjee was appointed to the Board of Directors of DBS Group Holdings Ltd and DBS Bank Ltd. on 1 October 2026. He is a member of each of the Audit Committee and the Board Risk Management Committee.Gautam is Chairman and Senior Managing Director of Blackstone Singapore Pte Ltd (“Blackstone Singapore”). Prior to joining Blackstone Singapore, Mr Banerjee spent over 30 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), serving as the Executive Chairman of PwC Singapore for 9 years until he retired in December 2012.Gautam currently serves on the boards of Singapore Telecommunications Limited and GIC Private Limited. He previously served on the boards of Singapore Airlines Limited, Piramal Enterprises Limited and Defence Science and Technology Agency, as well as the chairman of Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise Ltd (raiSE).Gautam holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting and Financial Analysis from the University of Warwick. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
