Everyone can play a part in reducing food waste, and it could be as simple as turning your food leftovers into a delicious meal.

Share with us how you’d go about using leftover ingredients to whip up a dish.

Omakase dinner for 8

at Noka by Open Farm Community. Noka boasts a farm-to-table concept and uses herbs and shoots from Edible Garden City in its dishes.

What’s more, your sustainable meal will be featured in The Straits Times to inspire others who also want to cook more, waste less! The winning entries will be featured on 11, 18 and 25 August respectively.

STEP 1

Put together the leftover ingredients you have in your kitchen. P.S. Remember to take a photo of your original leftovers!

STEP 2

Prepare a fun and interesting meal using those ingredients.

STEP 3

Take a photo of your food and post both ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos on Facebook or Instagram.

STEP 4
