Terms & Conditions For Hotel Memberships

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") shall be applicable to the benefit offered to the DBS Vantage Credit Card (the “Credit Card”) holders and are in addition to and not in derogation of the Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Card (the "Primary Terms and Conditions"), as available go.dbs.com/vantagemitc and DBS Vantage card Product benefits. These Hotel membership Benefits and Terms apply to your use of Credit Card by DBS Bank India Limited (“DBS Bank”).

These Hotel membership Benefits and Terms shall be read along with the Cardmember Agreement, Most Important Terms and Conditions and Product Benefits and terms.

By Cardholder”, we mean “Primary Cardmember”, “Member”, “Customer”, you, your, him, he, his, or similar pronouns shall mean the individual in whose name the Card has been issued and the Card Account is maintained.

About the Benefit: As part of the DBS Vantage card proposition, Cardholder can choose one complimentary luxury Hotel membership from Hotels Taj Epicure/ITC Culinaire/Club Marriott.

To avail the benefit, cardholder needs to follow the below steps:

  1. Visit our DBS Rewards portal dbsdelights.in
  2. Login using mobile number and card number
  3. Hotel membership benefits are shown and one among the below can be selected:
    1. ITC
    2. Club Marriot
    3. Taj Epicure
  4. The welcome benefit can be unlocked by making a purchase transaction for Rs. 2
  5. Once the hotel membership is selected, the other 2 hotel memberships will be disabled for a period of 1 year
  6. Membership details can be seen in the order history.

Hotel Membership option once chosen will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of membership booking. Cardholder may choose a different option at the time of renewal. Membership Program will not be auto renewed.

DBS Bank General Terms & Conditions:

  1. The benefit is applicable only to primary cardholders of DBS Vantage Credit Card.
  2. DBS Delights is a platform powered by PoshVine. DBS Bank makes no warranty or representation towards the quality, service, type, use, suitability, delivery, merchantability or otherwise of the services offered under this benefit on PoshVine Platform and shall not entertain any dispute regarding the same.
  3. DBS Bank is not the seller or provider of the Benefit offered. DBS Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of the services availed of by the Cardholder under this Offer.
  4. All Terms & Conditions as prescribed for the membership by the respective merchant is applicable.
  5. The fulfilment of the Hotel Membership is managed by Viverati Interactive Ltd. which is an empaneled partner with DBS Bank for Loyalty Program Management.
  6. For any queries or concerns on Hotel Membership benefit, cardholder may reach out to our partner’s dedicated number . DBS Bank will entertain queries/ complaints related to membership issuance/renewal/activation only. Any issue pertaining to membership benefits/reservation/ service should resolved by the Cardholder with respective hotel membership program by reaching out to their respective help desk at:
  7. DBS Bank reserve the right to disqualify any Cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for availing the benefits under the said offer or otherwise by use of the Credit Card.
  8. Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed/exchanged for cash.
  9. DBS Bank reserve the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/ or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, entire or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
  10. Benefits can be availed by such Cardholders who hold valid and active Credit Card and delinquent Cardholders.
  11. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of DBS Bank shall be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
  12. DBS Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
  13. The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholders shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis and any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms.
  14. Benefits offered under this offer is solely for promoting usage of Credit Card and DBS Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered/sold by the merchant/hotel membership provider.
  15. Images provided in promotions are only for pictorial representation and DBS Bank does not undertake any liability or responsibility for the same. In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and any advertising, promotional publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this offer, these Terms shall prevail.
  16. Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of any third party and is not intended to create any rights and obligations.
  17. The offer by DBS Bank is subject to applicable laws and regulatory guidelines/ regulations and as per bank's extant guidelines from time to time.
  18. DBS Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardholder under the offer
  19. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the cardholder and DBS Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
  20. The offer is not available wherever prohibited and products/ services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
  21. Logos/trademarks used are owned by respective entities. DBS Bank has been authorised to use these logos/trademarks for offer promotion purposes.
  22. Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
  23. You consent to our collection and use of your personal data and the use and disclosure of your personal data by / to third parties for the purpose of the Offer. The Customers enrolled through this agreement into the Club Marriott program shall be entitled to the following benefits through the Club Marriott South Asia App. (List of participating hotels and standard terms and conditions of the Club Marriott program are available on www.clubmarriott.in)

    The activation code will be sent to you registered mobile number via SMS/email
    • Download the Club Marriott South Asia Mobile Application from the App Store / Google Play Store.Click on “Sign up” and fill in the details with OTP authentication

  • The complimentary membership is given at the discretion of DBS Bank
  • The membership will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance.
  • Club Marriott is a membership program that offers dining, accommodation and spa privileges to individuals at participating hotels of Marriott International in Asia Pacific.
  • The membership card and the certificates are valid as shown and cannot be extended or revalidated.

  • The membership card and the certificates have no cash value and cannot be traded for any other service.

  • Terms of use of participating hotels, restaurants and membership benefits are subject to change without prior notice.   • Marriott Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of the benefits, rules, terms of use and the duration of the program, with or without prior notice. All decisions in this regard shall be final and binding on the members of the program.

  • Club Marriott shall not be liable for any amount to any Member as a result of his or her membership.
  • Without prejudice the Club Marriott Member accepts these terms of use, as amended from time to time on www.clubmarriott.in and agrees to be bound by them.
  • In the event of a dispute, Marriott Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right for final interpretation of these terms of use.
  • It is recommended to make a reservation in advance clearly stating the use of the membership benefits at the hotels to avoid any disappointment on arrival.
  • DBS Bank holds out no responsibility / warranty in respect of the booking/service/quality being offered by any hotels / restaurants / spas covered under the membership of Club Marriott.
  • You consent to share your personal data with TLC for enrolling you to the Club Marriott membership and DBS Bank will not be responsible for any misuse of this information by TLC or Club Marriott or any other third party.
  • The coupon code will be valid for 60 days from the date of receiving the communication.

Club ITC Culinaire

  • Earn Green Points at 25% on all eligible Food & Beverage spends at participating ITC Hotels & Welcomhotels

  4. Membership kit will be sent by ITC Team to the mailing address in 14-21 working days.
  5. E Certificates will reflect in the membership CITCC online account on successful enrolment, communication will be sent to the members which can be accessed by downloading ITC Hotels application from google play store and IOS Store

  • Membership to the Programme is open to all individuals who are aged 18 years and above.
  • The membership is open only to individuals. Corporations, associations or groups cannot enroll into the Programme.
  • The Programme is open to resident Indian nationals or a foreigner/non-resident Indian holding a valid work permit and residing in India.
  • The Programme is not open to employees of ITC Ltd. and its subsidiary companies.
  • Membership and benefits of the Programme are offered at the sole discretion of ITC and ITC reserves the right to grant or refuse membership.
  • Enrolment into the Programme must be in the individuals full legal name, and will be processed only on payment of the prevailing membership fee in INR and on submission of enrollment form with a full and correct postal address and a valid telephone number in India as well as a valid e-mail address. Both enrolling members would need to share all mentioned information/documents.
  • On enrolment, Members shall be provided with a Club ITC Culinaire Membership Card with such details as may be deemed fit by ITC including a membership number. The card will be valid only for the period indicated on it.
  • The duration of the membership shall be for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issuance of the membership card. The date of expiry of both memberships (Primary & Spouse) shall be the same, irrespective of the date of enrollment of the Spouse member.
  • The Club ITC Culinaire Card may be used only by the Member in whose name the card is issued and is not transferable. The Club ITC Culinaire Card will be sent to the preferred postal address specified by the Member during enrolment.
  • Existing Club ITC Members, enrolling in the Programme will be provided a new Card but will retain their Club ITC Membership Number. Their point balance would be transferred to the new card.
  • By receiving the Club ITC Culinaire card or by referring to the membership number during any transaction including a redemption request, a Member shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions for the Programme specified from time to time at www.itchotels.com/clubitc-culinaire
  • In case of non-receipt of the Membership card and/or Green Points not credited for Eligible Spends after the date of enrollment, it is incumbent on the Member to communicate the same within 30 days of either of the events to the Club ITC Customer Care, in writing.
  • In order to avail Programme benefits the Member must present the Club ITC Culinaire Card.
  • If the Club ITC Culinaire card is lost, damaged or stolen, the Member must inform ITC by calling or writing to the Club ITC Customer Care at 1800-103-2482 or [email protected].
  • Members wishing to cancel their Club ITC Culinaire membership may do so within 30 days of issue of the membership card, by returning the membership card and all accompanying certificates. Refund requests will only be entertained if the Card and all certificates are returned.
  • Refunds will be made via cheque in case the membership fee had been paid via cheque/cash/creditcard. In cases where the Member had paid the membership fee via redemption of Green Points, membership fee will be refunded by crediting back the Green Points. Any Green Points redeemed, which were earned during the tenure of the Club ITC Culinaire Membership, shall be deducted before a refund credit is made.
  • Any Green Points earned by the Member during his/her Club ITC Culinaire membership would be forfeit at the time of cancellation.
  • Programme Members who were Club ITC Members will return to their previous Club ITC tier on cancelling their Club ITC Culinaire membership.
  • Members wishing to cancel their Club ITC Culinaire membership after 30 days of issue or renewal of the membership card shall forfeit the entire membership fee.
  • In case there is a Spouse membership linked with the membership being cancelled, the Spouse membership will also stand cancelled automatically.

Definitions

  1. "IHCL" or “Company” refers to The Indian Hotels Company Limited which owns and/or operates various hotels in India and overseas, or its subsidiaries/ group companies.
  2. “Epicure Program" is the optional membership plan offered by The Indian Hotels Company Limited on payment of an annual membership fee.
  3. "Member" means a natural person who is admitted as a member of the Epicure Program.
  4. “Membership” means a valid membership of the Epicure Program.
  5. "Card" refers to the Epicure Program membership magnetic stripe card provided to members upon membership enrolment.
  6. “Add-on Card” refers to the additional membership magnetic stripe card offered over and above the primary Epicure Program Membership magnetic stripe card, for usage by member’s spouse to avail Special Discounts which are a part of the membership. An Add-on card holder is not offered any Exclusive Vouchers for his/her usage.
  7. “Special Discounts” refer to the discounts, which are not linked to a printed Exclusive Voucher, but are available to be availed by an Epicure Membership Card holder through a card-swipe or voucher code. These discounts can be used by the Epicure Membership Card Holder multiple times through the 365 day validity of the membership card.
  8. “Validity” refers to the 365 day period from the date of issuance for which the Epicure Membership Card and Membership Benefits are available for use by the Epicure Program member.
  9. “Fee” refers to the monetary sum which needs to be paid by a person in order to enrol as a member of the Epicure Program during the Validity.
  10. “Membership Benefits” refer to the benefits in the form of special discounts and Exclusive Vouchers provided to an Epicure Program member as a part of his/her membership.
  11. “Exclusive Vouchers” refer to the printed vouchers, with additional terms & conditions applicable for their individual usage, supplied to the Epicure Program member as a part of their membership, and which can be utilised to avail limited-usage benefits at the participating IHCL establishments within India only.
  12. “Best Available Rate” – is the rate of stay for a specific room or suite category at the participating IHCL hotel as available on its reservation system, including its website, Hotel Reservation Office or Reservations 24x7, which are directly owned and/or operated by IHCL.
  13. “Direct Booking” is a reservation made using the IHCL reservation system, including its website, Hotel Reservation Office or Reservations 24x7, which are directly owned and/or operated by IHCL.
  14. “Participating Hotels” refers to Taj, SeleQtions and Vivanta Hotels participating in the Epicure Program as listed on www.tajhotels.com, www.seleqtionshotels.com and www.vivantahotels.com. However, these do not include Taj Safaris and amã Stays & Trails as listed on  www.tajhotels.com/en-in/taj-safaris and www.amastaysandtrails.com respectively, unless and until specified otherwise under the benefits of any individual voucher. The benefits of Epicure Program are not applicable at the following hotels in any manner:

i. Rambagh Palace, Jaipur

ii. Vivanta Sawai Madhopur Lodge

iii. Vivanta Vadodara

iv. The Gateway Hotel Ramgarh Lodge Jaipur

v. Sawai Man Mahal, a Taj Palace

vi. Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra

  1. “Participating Restaurants” refers to restaurants situated within the premises of “Participating Hotels” and participating in the Epicure Program, with the exception of:
    1. Wasabi by Morimoto
    2. Orient Express
    3. The 101 Dining Hall at Taj Falaknuma Palace
    4. Bhairo at Taj Lake Palace
  2. “Participating Salons” refer to participating Taj and niu&nau salons situated within the premises of “Participating Hotels”
  3. “Blackout Dates” refer to dates, including but not limited to select weekends, public holidays & festivals and days of the peak travel season period, on which the availability of products and services at the participating hotels is limited, and during which the membership benefits of the Epicure Program are not valid even at the Participating Hotels.
  4. “Participating Establishments” refer to all Participating Hotels, Participating Restaurants, Participating Salons, The Taj Club, Jiva Spas and Qmin which are a part of IHCL portfolio and at which the membership benefits of the Epicure Program are valid as per their individual terms and conditions.

General

  1. These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and the Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all matters/ disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions and/or the Epicure Program.
  2. The Membership Benefits of the Epicure Program are offered at the sole discretion of The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL). IHCL reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, conditions, privileges, benefits, pertaining to the program at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
  3. Membership and/or Membership Benefits of the Epicure Program shall be void if prohibited by the laws in the country of the Member's domicile.
  4. Membership Benefits have no monetary value and cannot be bartered or sold or transferred by Members for cash at any point of time. Any benefits which IHCL deems to have been transferred, sold or assigned by the Member in violation of the program rules may be deemed invalid and/or cancelled.
  5. All interpretations of the Terms and Conditions and membership benefits shall be at the sole discretion of IHCL.
  6. All benefits and exclusive vouchers part of the Epicure Program are meant for personal / individual use only and cannot be used for group bookings or reservations. Any use of Epicure Program benefits and exclusive vouchers for non-personal use or group bookings and/or reservations is subject to immediate cancellation and penalty at sole discretion of IHCL.
  7. The Epicure Program membership and all associated benefits and exclusive vouchers are meant for personal / individual use only and not for further sale. Sale of the membership or any of its associated benefits or exclusive vouchers, individually or collectively, by any individual or entity other than IHCL shall be deemed illegal and lead to immediate cancellation of the said membership and/or the associated benefits/exclusive vouchers.
  8. Membership is open to individuals who are aged 18 years and above only.
  9. All communication will be sent to the address (postal or email) available as per member records and it is the responsibility of the member to inform the Epicure Member Services about any change in his/her communication details (email id, mobile number, and address). All communication will be deemed to have been received by the Member and IHCL bears no responsibility for communication not received or lost in the mail or courier.
  10. IHCL reserves the right to grant or refuse or discontinue or revoke membership of Epicure Program at its sole discretion. Discontinued/ revoked membership may result in the loss of all accumulated Points and the cancellation of all TIC or Epicure Rewards, benefits and privileges and forfeiture of any unfulfilled reservations, products or services sought to be availed using Points.
  11. Notwithstanding any provision contained herein, IHCL also reserves the right to discontinue membership to the Epicure Program to any member who appears to be using the programme in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions, applicable laws/rules/ regulations, spirit of the programme, or any portion thereof, including, but not limited to, reward redemption. Discontinued/ revoked membership may result in the loss of all accumulated points and cancellation of all Epicure plan rewards, benefits and privileges and forfeiture of any unfulfilled reservations, products or services sought to be availed using Points.
  12. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Epicure program rules, and ensuring his/ her updated details (email id, mobile number, and communication postal address) are captured on the Epicure Program records. The Epicure Program team may send correspondence to active Members to advise them of matters of interest, including notification of program changes and updates. However, neither IHCL, its subsidiaries, affiliates or associates or programme management service providers nor the owners of Participating Hotels or Participating Restaurants or companies participating as service partners in the programme shall be liable for any failure to do so and will not be responsible for correspondence lost or delayed in the mail.
  13. Membership Benefits do not constitute property of the Members. Except as specifically provided herein, no accrued Membership Benefits are transferable in the event of death, disputes or otherwise. In the event of death, the Epicure Program membership will be terminated and all membership benefits shall stand cancelled.
  14. Specific membership benefits and privileges have been established for all Epicure program members. However benefits and privileges offered by participating hotels may vary. If IHCL or any partner denies a member a membership benefit for any reason whatsoever, IHCL will not be liable to make any payment to the member or compensate him/her in anyway.
  15. IHCL is not responsible, and assumes no liability, for changes or discontinuance of services provided by any Participating Establishment, that may affect the program benefits offered.
  16. Nothing in the Epicure program is intended, or shall be construed to create or establish any agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between IHCL and any partners or Members.
  17. IHCL will not be responsible for replacement of lost or misplaced membership cards or fraudulent usage of the card.
  18. IHCL will not be responsible for replacement of lost or misplaced vouchers. IHCL reserves the right to refuse benefits due against membership card or exclusive vouchers which are lost or misplaced or used by a person other than the member.
  19. The information the Member provides to the Company shall be processed according to the Company's Privacy Policy. In choosing to become an Epicure member, the Member consents to sharing of any information provided by the Member and to receive communications pertaining to the program or otherwise. The list of Participating Establishments is subject to change at any time, without any prior notice, at the sole discretion of IHCL. Please contact the Epicure Program Member Services at 1800 102 6080, or any other number as updated from time to time, for any queries. The list of Participating Establishments will be updated on the website www.tajhotels.com/epicureprogram from time to time.
  20. The Membership Benefits are not applicable and cannot be used in conjunction with other prevailing offers, vouchers, offers, promotions or discounts.
  21. The redemption of all Epicure Program membership benefits and exclusive vouchers is subject to availability and can be declined by the Participating Establishment in case of unavailability of the respective product(s) or service(s).
  22. Prior reservation is mandatory for the use of Epicure Program membership benefits and exclusive vouchers.
  23. The standard policies of the Participating Establishments, including but not limited to those relating to check-in/check-out timings, dress code, safety guidelines and rules of usage, shall apply in addition to the terms and conditions of the Epicure Program in respect of the redemption of membership benefits and exclusive vouchers.
  24. Epicure Program membership benefits and exclusive vouchers will not be valid during the blackout dates at the Participating Establishment(s).
  25. The benefits and exclusive vouchers provided as a part of the Epicure Program membership cannot be transferred, altered, renewed or exchanged against cash or any other forms of products or services excepting those indicated on the voucher.
  26. In case of vouchers meant for use by members-only, the member must present the voucher and the Epicure Membership card at the time of redemption. In case of vouchers open to use by the bearer, the bearer must present the voucher and quote the associated Epicure Membership card number at the time of redemption.
  27. The exclusive vouchers provided to the Epicure Program member at the time of enrolment, unless specifically provided on such vouchers that the same are non-transferable and/or for use by member only, can be used by the bearer who must quote the associated Epicure Membership card number at the time of redemption.
  28. A member must allow upto 2 weeks for processing of any requests pertaining products, services, membership kit or membership benefits of the Epicure Program.
  29. All applicable taxes and charges shall be payable by the member / exclusive voucher bearer in advance, prior to redemption of the benefit. IHCL will not bear any tax, which may be levied on the benefits utilised by the Epicure Program member, and paying these taxes shall be the responsibility of the member and/or voucher bearer.
  30. All membership benefits are subject to availability and supplier restrictions. IHCL may, without notice, withdraw or substitute any benefit with another benefit of comparable value and nature.
  31. No credit or substitutions will be given for any benefits that are only partially used.
  32. The Epicure Membership card and exclusive vouchers are the property of The Indian Hotels Company Limited. If found, please return to the Epicure Program Member Services, Mandlik House, Mandlik Road, Colaba, Mumbai 400001.

Enrolment and membership

  1. Membership is open to individuals only who are aged 18 years and above.
  2. Membership to the Epicure program is valid for a period of 365 days from the date of enrolment into the Epicure plan. It may be renewed for the following year on payment of the prevailing membership renewal fee. If a member does not pay the requisite fee, the membership to the Epicure plan will stand automatically cancelled and the membership benefits shall no longer be available.
  3. Enrolment onto the Epicure Program must be in the individual's full legal name and a government recognized proof of identification is mandatory to be provided upon request. One person is allowed to have only one active Epicure membership at any point in time. Additional memberships, if any, are liable to be cancelled as per the termination clause outlined below.
  4. The membership of the Epicure Program is valid only till the date indicated on the card.
  5. 20% Discount on Food & Beverage for Banquets is applicable only on the listed price of menu options. This discount will not be valid if any modifications or revisions are made in the listed price rack rate provided. In case of Banquets for more than 30 persons, the discount will not be applicable and any partial discount will not be provided.

Termination of Membership

  1. The Epicure Program membership, unless renewed, shall automatically stand terminated upon the expiry of the 365 day validity period from the date of issue.
  2. An Epicure Member can request for termination of Epicure Program membership upto 30 days from the date of enrolment, only if not even a single membership benefit is availed of during this period. A deduction equivalent to INR One Thousand Rupees plus taxes, shall be made by IHCL in order to meet administration and incidental expenses incurred by IHCL in respect of the membership. The rest of the sum shall be refunded to the member upon termination of the membership.
  3. If the member wishes to terminate their Epicure Program Membership within 30 days of enrolment, but after utilisation of even a single membership benefit, they will not be entitled to any refund, and the entire fee paid for the membership shall stand forfeited upon such termination.
  4. If the member wishes to terminate their Epicure Program Membership after the expiry of 30 days from the date of enrolment, irrespective of whether any membership benefits have been availed of or not, they will not be entitled to any refund, and the entire fee paid for the membership shall stand forfeited upon such termination.
  5. All membership Benefits shall cease to be available upon the termination of the membership.
  6. Exclusive Vouchers provided as a part of the Membership, will cease to be valid post their validity date, as stamped on the physical vouchers, and cannot be renewed, revived or exchanged against cash or any other benefits even upon termination of the membership.
  7. IHCL reserves the right to grant or refuse or discontinue or revoke membership of the Epicure Program at its sole discretion. Discontinuation/revocation of the Epicure Program may result in the cancellation of all Epicure Membership Benefits and forfeiture of any unfulfilled reservations, products or services sought to be availed using Membership Benefits.
  8. Notwithstanding any provision contained herein, IHCL also reserves the right to discontinue membership to the Epicure Program to any member who appears to be using the program in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions, applicable laws/rules/ regulations, spirit of the program, or any portion thereof, including, but not limited to, membership benefits. Discontinued/ revoked membership may result in the cancellation of all Epicure Membership Benefits and forfeiture of any unfulfilled reservations, products or services sought to be availed using Membership Benefits.
  9. Cancellation of membership to the Epicure Program shall lead to the entire fee paid at the time of enrolment being forfeited.
  10. The Epicure Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as IHCL decides to terminate the program, with or without notice to the Members.

Renewal of Membership

  1. An active Epicure Program Membership can be renewed upto 60 days in advance of its expiry. An inactive or expired Epicure Program Membership cannot be renewed.
  2. The Fee for a new membership and for renewal of membership may differ from time to time and the program member shall be required to pay the fee prevailing at the time of renewal.
  3. Upon renewal, an Epicure Program membership validity shall stand extended by another 365 days from the date of expiry of original membership validity.
  4. A fresh set of Exclusive Vouchers will be provided to the Epicure Program Member upon membership renewal, as per the benefits of the program at the time of renewal. These vouchers shall be valid as per their individual validity date.
  5. Exclusive Vouchers provided as a part of the membership cannot be renewed, and will expire post the validity date mentioned, irrespective of whether the membership is renewed or not.

Exclusive Vouchers

  1. The exclusive vouchers provided to the Epicure Program members at the time of enrolment shall be valid till the date mentioned on every individual voucher.
  2. The member/bearer, as per the individual voucher usage rules, must call Reservations 24x7 or individual Hotel Reservation Office, in case of room stay, or the participating establishment directly, in case of other benefits, to check on the applicability and availability of the voucher and to subsequently make a reservation to redeem the voucher.
  3. In addition, the following terms & conditions apply to the individual benefits of the exclusive vouchers:

  -20% Discount on Room / Suite Stay at any of the participating Taj Palaces:

  • This voucher entitles the bearer to avail a one-time discount of twenty percent on the Best Available Rate on direct bookings for a stay of upto five consecutive nights at any of the participating Taj Palaces and does not include any other offerings or services.
  • For stays lasting more than five consecutive nights, the twenty percent discount shall be applicable on Best Available Rate for the first five consecutive nights only. The charges for all other nights shall be paid at actuals by the bearer.

 -20% Discount on Room / Suite Stay at any of the participating Taj Safaris:

  • This voucher entitles the bearer to avail a one-time discount of twenty percent on the Best Available Rate on direct bookings for a stay of upto five consecutive nights at any of the participating Taj Safaris and does not include any other offerings or services.
  • This voucher is not applicable at the following Taj Safaris:
    • Meghauli Serai, Chitwan National Park
  • For stays lasting more than five consecutive nights, the twenty percent discount shall be applicable on Best Available Rate for the first five consecutive nights only. The charges for all other nights shall be paid at actuals by the bearer.
