As the first bank in Hong Kong to incorporate Facebook Messenger gamification to increase customer engagement, DBS Hong Kong is welcoming the Year of the Pig with a fun Facebook Messenger chatbot game: go.dbs.com/CNY2019. From now until 31 January, play the game by answering a simple question to get a personalised digital fai chun, and a unique QR code that can be used to redeem a set of 8 DBS red packets at special vending machines conveniently located at 1 Lan Kwai Fong, K11 in Tsim Sha Tsui, and T.O.P This is Our Place in Mong Kok (while stocks last). For extra joy and luck, vouchers and coupons are randomly included in some of the red packets.

As part of the joy of giving and receiving red packets, DBS Hong Kong also supports and contributes to the recycling and sustainable use of red packets. DBS red packets, as well as the paper packaging, are printed on environmentally friendly paper for a more sustainable tomorrow.

In addition to the red packet redemption, share the game with friends via Facebook Messenger to get a lucky draw entry (up to six entries, in joint promotion with Watsons Water’s “Drops of Fun” reward programme) to win fabulous prizes, and another QR code that can be used to redeem a refreshing Watsons Water beverage at the special vending machines.
