The Programme

Graduate Associate – Technology & Operations (T&O) is a 2-year programme designed for young talents who have just graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline and have less than two years of working experience. With their expertise in market-leading services, technology and product innovations, our Graduate Associates in Technology & Operations enable our continued success, by building scalable infrastructure for the Bank.​

As a Graduate Associate in this programme, you will

  • Undergo rigorous training to build banking and finance, project management and personal development skills to be an effective people manager.
  • Gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the different functions across the technology and operations businesses through job rotations.
  • Have networking opportunities with senior management who will mentor and guide you on your personal growth.

GA T&O will commence in the third quarter of the year.​

GA T&O will start recruitment in the fourth quarter of the year, for intake in the following year.

Our training is based on a mix of experience, education and exposure. The intensive curriculum includes banking and financial skills and concepts, business and personal effectiveness modules. DBS also values immersion and field trips. After the initial training, ongoing training and development opportunities will also be provided.

All new hires will go through a structured programme that comprises of Training to build your Banking knowledge and rotations to the specific functional areas. The Programme Manager will work together with you to customise your Individual Development Plan. Key considerations include your individual strengths and career interests, as well as business needs.


All Graduate Associate Programmes are broad-based development programmes designed for high-potential individuals with a passion to build successful and fast-tracked careers in DBS. You will be placed on fast-track progression within the programme period. Opportunities for regional exposure will also be available for outstanding individuals who have performed well, to further enhance their career development.
