Eligibility

• Matriculated second-year students from Republic Polytechnic
• Pursuing a Diploma in Customer Experience Management with Business (DCXB)
• Able to work part time between April to September for a minimum of 3 days a week for a minimum period of 24 weeks
• Able to intern between October to March for a minimum of 24 weeks

The Programme

Developed in partnership with Republic Polytechnic, the DBS-RP Customer Experience (CX) Apprenticeship Programme aims to give third-year students from the Diploma in Customer Experience Management with Business a head start in a career in the customer experience field. The Work-Study arrangement allows you to deepen the communication and customer service skills and knowledge that you have gained in school and support your transition into the workplace.

• Year 2: Application, Interview and Selection
• Year 3: At the start of the apprenticeship programme, you will embark on a 24-week Work-Study programme where you will undergo structured training and gain work experience through experiential learning. Upon the completion of the Work-Study programme, you will embark on a 24-week Internship programme aimed to broaden your exposure in customer centre operations through job shadowing and project participation.

This apprenticeship programme also offers an opportunity to secure permanent employment in our Customer Centre as a Customer Service Officer post-graduation.
