Bank DBS Indonesia facilitates Alfamart's payments to suppliers through Supplier Payment Service on DBS IDEAL CONNECT

Digitalisation in the retail industry is imperative not only in interactions between sellers and buyers (business-to-consumer or B2C), but also in inter-enterprise business processes, including those related to the supply chain. Currently, nearly 1,000 payments are made every month to 20 Alfamart suppliers across Indonesia. The DBS IDEAL CONNECT feature brings convenience and comfort through H2H payments and payment notifications to suppliers so that customers can focus on growing their business without having to worry about the complex back-end processes.
