The 12-month programme provides Executive Management Associates with experience in one of three key areas of the bank through a fast-tracked development journey. You will gain great exposure and leadership capabilities that will enable you to accelerate your career progression within the Bank. Upon graduation, you will be provided with exciting opportunities to work with the best across departments and markets. Consumer Banking

Consumer Banking Group (CBG) oversees the bank’s full spectrum of products and services, including deposits, investments, mortgages, insurance, credit cards and wealth management to help our customers realise their dreams and aspirations at every stage of life. Institutional Banking Group

Institutional Banking Group (IBG) provides customised solutions for every business, from large corporates and institutional clients, to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Join us to refine your skills in finance, client service and project management, while gaining an international perspective of banking.

Treasury & Markets

As an Asian leader in treasury operations, DBS Treasury & Markets (T&M) is a key player in various regional markets and actively make market, structure, originate, innovate and distribute a wide range of products. We were named as the Regional Derivatives House of the Year, Asia (ex-Japan) by AsiaRisk, for 4 consecutive years, from 2015 to 2018. Join us to enhance your skills in finance, products design and client service, alongside some of the best professionals in the Asian financial markets in this field.

EMAP will commence in September.

EMAP will start recruitment in the fourth quarter of the year, for intake in the following year.

Our training structure is based on a mix of experience, masterclasses and exposure. The intensive curriculum includes banking and financial skills and concepts, business and personal effectiveness modules.

Your manager and mentor will work with you to customise your Individual Development Plan, in your chosen track. After graduating from the 12-month programme, your first placement within the Specialist Track will be based on your individual strengths and career interests, as well as business needs.

The programme is open to graduates from all disciplines - we place a strong emphasis on your overall potential. This 12-month programme has a minimum requirement of 3-7 years’ work experience and Postgraduates pursuing/in possession of a Postgraduate degree​. ​

EMAP is catered for talented professionals with 3-7 years of experience and postgraduate qualification(s) while our Graduate Associate Programmes are targeted at graduates with less than 2 years of work experience.

We want to hire talented professionals who have 3-7 years of experience, postgraduate qualifications and an understanding of themselves and their aspirations to join our Executive MA programme.

Executive MAs graduating from this programme who show excellent leadership capabilities and are consistently top performers will be groomed for an accelerated career progression within DBS.

No. We welcome talents outside of the banking industry who wish to pivot and focus on a career in Banking and Finance.
