At a Glance
The Back to Work Programme looks to attract individuals who have been away from the workforce and bring them back to work via flexible work arrangements full-time or part-time. This allows DBS to consider a wider pool of talent for our opportunities, and at the same time provide more ways for individuals with varied availability to get onboard.
The flexible work arrangements are as such:
Full-time (Permanent/Direct Contract/Contract)
- 5-day work week, up to 60% in office (Hybrid)
- Flexi Hours
Part-time (Permanent/Direct Contract/Contract)
- Half-day work arrangement
- Flexi Hours
- Benefits will be pro-rated accordingly as applicable
