Eligibility
Open to penultimate-year Business students from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Singapore Management University (SMU)

Objective
To develop a talent pool to be job ready upon graduation for the Private Banking industry
The Programme
The PB Work-Study Programme is a 35-week programme designed to train a future-ready workforce for the Singapore Private Banking industry. It is a structured and applied curriculum based on a “3E” approach – Experience, Education and Exposure, where participants will be equipped with wealth product knowledge, personal effectiveness skillsets and learning materials that will help provide a foundation for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 certification. They will also need to complete the CFA Level 2 exam after graduating from the programme.
During the programme, you will undergo rotations and gain applied knowledge in key products and business enabling functions, such as investment product and advisory, wealth planning and risk and governance.

- In their penultimate-year and undergoing a Bachelor’s degree in Business from NTU or SMU
- Adaptable, creative, decisive and resilient, with a digital and international mindset
- Confident of demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills
