| After logging in with your Internet Banking User ID and PIN, |

Select "Payment Services" from the left navigation menu |

Select "Bill Payment" |

At the Bill Payment screen, look for a drop list of payee not in your pre-arranged list and select "RED CROSS TIDAL WAVES ASIA", click on "Submit" |

Select the Account to "Pay From",
enter donation payment amount and your contact number at the "Consumer
Reference No." prompt. Click on "Submit"
at the bottom of the page |

| Step 5: |
At the confirmation page, click on "Confirm"
if all the payment details are correct. For successful transaction,
you may like to print a copy of the acknowledgement page for reference |

| After entering your ATM PIN, |

Select "iBanking, Cash Card & More Services" |

| Step 2: |
Select "Credit Card/Bill Payment" |

| Step 3: |
In the list of corporations listed, key in "99"
to go to the next page and choose "RED CROSS TIDAL WAVES
ASIA" |

| Step 4: |
At the "Enter Bill Reference No."
prompt, enter your contact number
and press the "Enter" key to proceed |

| Step 5: |
Select "Account type" to debit |
|
| Step 6: |
Enter amount and select "Correct" to proceed |
|
| Step 7: |
Check your payment details and select "Confirm" to proceed with the transaction |
|
| Step 8: |
Please keep your transaction receipt for reference |
