WOWME Deals - Terms and Conditions

Only DBS/POSB Principal/Supplementary personal Credit Card Cardmembers ("Cardmembers") are eligible to participate in 'DBS WOW ME DEALS' ("Programme").
Cardmembers shall be entitled to receive the discount stated above upon application under this Programme ("Discount Amount").
The Discount Amount is to be enjoyed as a discount off a same-day purchase ("Initial Purchase Amount") made by the Cardmember using a DBS/POSB Credit Card at the abovenamed Retailer. The Discount Amount cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other products or services.
Cardmembers shall charge the minimum amount stated above ("Committed Spend Amount") within the abovestated duration ("Committed Spend Period") which shall commence from the date of transaction stated above ("Transaction Date").
Cardmembers may charge to any DBS/POSB personal Credit Card account applied under his/her NRIC to fulfill the Committed Spend Amount.
Cardmembers shall not be allowed to terminate his/her entire Credit account relationship with DBS prior to fulfillment of the Committed Spend Amount.
The Initial Purchase Amount (whether paid in full or via an approved instalment payment plan ("IPP") shall not be treated as part of any exisiting 'DBS WOW ME DEALS' Programme's Committed Spend Amount.
The Committed Spend Amount excludes interest, finance charges and all fees charged by DBS, cash withdrawals, bill payments, ibanking transactions, balance transfers and smart cash, unless otherwise stated.
A sum equivalent to 120% of the Discount Amount shall be debited to the Cardmember's Principal Credit Card Account if the Cardmember: (i) terminates his total Card account relationship with the Bank prior to fulfilling the Committed Spend; or (ii) fails to meet the Committed Spend by the end of the Committed Spend Period; or (iii) the Bank exercises its rights under the DBS Card Agreement to terminate any DBS/POSB personal Credit Card account applied under the Principal or Supplemantary Cardmember
Cardmembers shall not be allowed to terminate any existing Interbank GIRO for Payment of Credit Card Account, notwithstanding any provision in the application for such service. Cardmembers agree that DBS shall be entitled to reinstate any terminated Interbank GIRO service without prior notice or Cardmembers' consent or further authorisation.
DBS shall only allow each Cardmember to participate in one 'DBS WOW ME DEALS' Programme at any one time. In the event DBS receives a Programme application from a Cardmember who already has an existing 'DBS WOW ME DEALS' agreement, DBS reserves the right to debit the Cardmember's personal Credit Card account, the total Discount Amount extended to the Cardmember under the existing 'DBS WOW ME DEALS' agreement.
DBS reserves the right to reject any DBS WOW ME DEALS' application without the need to furnish any reason for the rejection.
DBS reserves the right to amend the terms herein at its sole discretion without notice and any such change shall be binding on the Cardmembers with effect from such date as DBS may determine.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and Cardmembers hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts. A person who is not a party to these terms shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these terms.
The relevant DBS/POSB Card Agreement and any applicable IPP terms continue to apply, and if there arises any inconsistency between them, these terms and/or those in any marketing materials, these terms shall prevail insofar as they relate to this Programme.
