* Takashimaya points are awarded upon presentation of the DBS Takashimaya Platinum American Express Card at the point of purchase for goods sold and/or services rendered at the store and other participating outlets, if any, as may be determined by Takashimaya Singapore. Takashimaya points cannot be transferred to a renewed DBS Takashimaya Platinum American Express Card. Points will not be replaced in event of a lost or faulty Card. Points issued are based on S$10 denomination. Other terms and conditions apply.

Application Process

For non-iBanking customer
You are just three steps away from your new DBS card.
Step 1 - Complete the online application, print the form and sign it.
Step 2 - Mail or fax the form to us with the required documents. Click here if you wish to submit your CPF Statement online.
Step 3 - You will receive your new DBS card within 7 working days after we receive your application and documents. Application not accompanied with required documents or with incomplete information will cause a delay in processing.
